Delete your account

What goes

The account — name, email, password — and every character on it, with their items, coins, skills, gems, quests and guild membership. Every sign-in on every device. All of it, in one step.

What doesn't

• Items you traded away. They belong to someone else's character now.
• Chat other people already read.
• Server logs, which age out on their own and are never used to rebuild a deleted account.
• Backups, which exist for disasters. A deliberate deletion is never restored from one.

Why it asks twice over

You have to sign in and give the password again, so a deletion can't be done by someone who walked up to an unlocked laptop.

Second thoughts?

You can delete individual characters in game and keep the account. An account you are not using costs you nothing and never expires.

Can't sign in? Reset your password first. If that is not possible either, email [email protected] from the address on the account.
